The Scottish Youth Parliament has recently launched its biggest ever youth consultation 'Picture the Change' and would like to ask for your support during August and September to help reach as many young people as possible by promoting 'Picture the Change'.
The main purpose of the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP) is to represent young peoples' views and communicate them to decision-makers. They are therefore eager to find out what young people in Scotland think of the world around them, which is why they are producing a 'youth manifesto' in the run up to the Scottish Parliament elections.

'Picture the Change' is a consultation made up from ideas and statements produced by young people for young people, and aims to seek the views of a whopping 15,000 young people aged 14 to 25 with the results directly making up the youth manifesto.

'Picture the Change' Needs YOU to speak up!

The Scottish Youth Parliament has asked young people all over Scotland to picture what they would like to change to make Scotland a better place to be. They now need YOUto check they've got the picture right.

SYP will then tell the politicians what YOU want so we can actually change the picture for people all over Scotland.

As a bonus for taking part we'll even put you into a prize draw to win a year's supply of free shoes! Yes that's right, not 1 but 12 pairs of free shoes! (Courtesy of www.schuh.co.uk)

What you waiting for? Head to www.picturethechange.org before the 30th September to have your say!

Follow SYP on Facebook www.facebook.com/OfficialSYPand Twitter www.twitter.com/OfficialSYP for the latest news on Picture the Change, and all the hottest discussions from SYP!

The consultation is due to close at the end of September and we need as many young people involved as possible so please don't delay spreading the word!
