Resource Description: This online resource has been made with the aim of enabling communities to create community radio to deliver social gain. Community radio creates a uniquely effective platform for community engagement. It has been used for this purpose all over the country and here in Manchester it has been used by a broad range of agencies (Council, PCT, Housing etc).
The toolkit book was written by Radio Regen (www.radioregen.org) and the online community is produced by Radio Regen and the Community Media Associaition (www.commedia.org.uk). The initial work was funded by the DCMS.
