Resource Description: This guide is designed to "help State servants identify and develop exciting and innovative ways to engage with New Zealanders in policy and service design and delivery." It is a useful resource for anyone working in online participation.

The guide comes as a static 83 page pdf and as an online wiki allowing it to be tested and refined.
